
Technical integration with PayLane can be started before the live merchant account is set up. PayLane provides all new merchants with a test merchant account that can be used to test transactions not only in the technical integration phase but also later, when merchants need to test changes in their applications.
PayLane provides all the merchants with a Direct Mode access. It allows them to directly interface with PayLane Payment Processing system enabling them to create their own secure payment page.
Direct Mode access also allows for seamless recurring processing providing the resale feature - merchants don't have to save card information in their database - they can make recurring sales that refer to the initial, first sale.
PayLane Direct Mode is a webservice based system using the industry standard SOAP (with WSDL) that is handled by all the major programming languages.
